Voltaire Ltd. Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering of 5,770,000 Ordinary Shares |

| Voltaire Ltd., a Challenge Partners II Portfolio Company, announced today the pricing of its initial offering of 5,770,000 ordinary shares at $9.00 per share. Voltaire's ordinary shares will be listed on The Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol "VOLT" and will begin trading on July 26, 2007. The closing of the offering is scheduled to take place on July 31, 2007. Voltaire expects to receive net proceeds from the offering, after deducting the underwriting discount and estimated offering expenses, of approximately US$46 million. |
