CopperGate Communications, a Challenge Fund II portfolio company, today announced that Richard Nesin, vice president of marketing, will be speaking at IPTV 2007 in San Jose, CA, which takes place February 27-28. Nesin is also president of the HomePNA alliance, the industry organization responsible for developing, promoting, and successfully standardizing the HomePNA specifications.

In his presentation, " Features of Today's Leading IPTV Multimedia Home Networking Technology", Nesin will address features of HomePNA 3 technology, how it is being deployed today by leading Telcos for their IP triple play services, and features developed specifically to meet the needs of this application. The presentation will also describe the benefits of standardization of HomePNA 3 technology under the ITU, one of the world's preeminent standardization bodies.
