Advisory Board

In addition to the members of the Management Team, the following are members of the Funds' Advisory Board:

Oded Abramsky M.D., Ph. D.

Dr. Oded Abramsky currently serves as the Head of the Department of Neurology and the Director of the Agnes Ginges Center for Human Neurogenetics at Hadassah Medical Organization in Jerusalem. He is also a Professor of Neurology at the Hebrew University.

Dr. Abramsky holds an M.D. and Ph.D. degrees from the Hebrew University, a Postgraduate degree in Immunology and Neuroimmunology from the Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot, and an Advanced Postgraduate Scholarship degree in Neuroimmunology from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in Philadelphia.

Samuel Friedrich

Mr. Friedrich is the Managing Director and CEO of Shaldor Ltd., a leading strategy consulting firm in Israel. Prior to founding Shaldor, Mr. Friedrich served as a consultant at McKinsey & Co.

Mr. Friedrich holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Physics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Dan Tocatly

Dan Tocatly is a co-founder and partner of the Limon Holding Group ("Limon Group"), an Israel-based investment company.
Prior to co-founding the Limon Group, Mr. Tocatly served as Managing Director at Paine Webber (New York) where he was responsible for all corporate bond activity, including research, trading, syndication and sales. Prior to then, Mr. Tocatly served as a Vice President at Salomon Brothers.

Mr. Tocatly holds a B.S., summa cum laude, in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

David Ivry

Mr. Ivry currently holds the position of President of Boeing Israel, and CEO of Ivry Corp. Ltd. Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Ivry held several senior military and diplomatic related positions. From 1977 to 1982, Mr. Ivry commanded the Israeli Air-Force. From 1986 to 1996, he served as Director General of the Ministry of Defense. From 1996 to 1999, he served as Principal Assistant to the National Security Council at the Prime Minister's office. Between 2000 and 2002, he served as the Israeli Ambassador to the US.

Mr. Ivry holds a B.Sc. in Aeronautical Engineering from the Technion University in Haifa. Mr, Ivry is also a graduate of the IDF Command & Staff College.

Mendy Erad

Mr. Erad is Group Vice President and Chief of Staff, at Applied Materials (NASDAQ: AMAT). Prior to this, Mr. Erad was the President of the Tadiran Group, a company specializing in the field of telecommunications, data storage and signal processing. Prior to this, Mr. Erad was the CEO of Koor Tourism, owners of the Sheraton-Radison Hotel Chain, and Arkia Airlines. Mr. Erad was formely the CEO of CLAL Electronics Ltd. One of Israel's largest HI-Tech holding groups and has served on the Board of Directors of ECI-Telecom, Scitex, DSPC, Mercury, Opal-Semiconductor, Nova, AGA/AGI and Mennen Kontron.

Mr. Erad holds a B.Sc. from Ben Gurion University in The Negev.

Jacob Perry

Jacob Perry currently holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of "United Mizrachi Bank" Ltd. and of "Lipman Engineering (NASDAQ: LPMA). Through his distinguished career Mr. Perry held senior positions in the intelligence community and reached the position of the Head of the General Security Services GSS (Shin Bet). In 1995 Mr. Perry joined the business sector with his appointment as President and CEO of Cellcom Israel Ltd., Israel's largest wireless telephone service provider. Mr. Perry is involved in many government, public and security assignments. He serves as the Prime Minister's coordinator on POWs and missing persons and Chairman of The Friends of the Tel Hashomer hospital etc.

Mr. Perry holds a B.A. from the University of Tel Aviv and A.M.P. from Harvard Business School.

Prof. Stanley Prusiner

Prof. Prusiner received the Nobel Prize laureate in Physiology or Medicine in 1977. Prusiner was Director of the Institute for Neurodegenerative Diseases and Professor of Neurology and Biochemistry at the University of California, San Francisco.

Jeremy Kroll

Mr. Kroll is Vice President of Kroll Inc. The global risk consulting company. He also served as the General Manager of Kroll's Information Security Group, a division specializing in computer forensics, information security and related training services.

Kroll holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in foreign languages and fine arts from Georgetown University.

Avi Naor

Mr. Naor is the founder and Chairman of Or-Yarok Association and the Chairman of the National Authority for Highway Safety Steering Committee. Prior to this Mr. Naor served as President & CEO of Amdocs (NYSE: DOX), a global leader in billing systems, CRM, self service, order management, mediation, and content revenue management. Mr. Naor was also a member of the Aurec Group, an Israeli-based private equity firm with cable and telecom investments.

Prof. Aaron Ciechanover

Professor Ciechanover received the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 2004. He is a distinguished research Professor at the Unit of Biochemistry, at the Technion School of Medicine, Haifa Israel. Prof. Ciechanover has visiting appointments at the world's most distinguished universities, including most recently Kyoto School of Medicine, the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweden, the Osaka School of Medicine and the Rockefeller University in New York.

To date Prof. Ciechanover has been awarded numerous prizes, among them the Laskar Award, the Israel prize for Biology and the Japan society for Promotion of Science (JSPS) distinguished Scientist Award. He received both his M.Sc and M.D. from The Hebrew University and "Hadassah" Medical School, Jerusalem, Israel and his D.Sc from the Faculty of Medicine, Technion-Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa, Israel.
