Mr. Vinitski is an Executive V.P. at Challenge I and II and a member of the Funds Investment Committee.

Mr. Vinitski lead the Challenge Fund investments in Storage Networking (Acquired by LSI Logic NYSE: LSI), PowerDsine, X-Technology (Acquired by Guidant NASDAQ: GDT)  M-Systems and Voltaire (NASDAQ: VOLT).

Prior to joining the Funds, Mr. Vinitski was a Senior Investment Manager of Yozma Management & Investment Ltd., an Israeli venture capital fund. Mr. Vinitski led Yozma investments in Commtouch (NASDAQ: CTCHC) and Security-7 (Acquired by Computer Associates, NASDAQ: CA). Prior to this, Mr. Vinitski gained significant operational experience as a software engineer for several publicly traded high tech companies.

Mr. Vinitski is a member of the board of directors of CopperGate, Bitband, ImageSat, Onset, Schema, EarlySense and the Israel Venture Association for the 3rd term. Mr. Vinitski holds a B.Sc., cum laude, in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Tel-Aviv University.
