Mr. Pastel is a Chief Financial Officer and Vice President at Challenge I and II and a member of the Funds' Management Committee.

Prior to joining the Funds, Mr. Pastel was the CFO of S.E.A. Multimedia and Manna Network Technologies.

Prior to this, Mr. Pastel was Vice CFO of Ariely Advertising, a leading Israeli advertising company. He holds a B.A. degree in Economics and Accounting from the Tel-Aviv University and is licensed as a C.P.A. in Israel.
